Rude staff upset because I asked for my sub on a tray Instead of a sub roll.

The customer service was poor at best.....no greeting upon entering the store and a dispoositon that came across as being indifferent...the star rating is ONLY due to the sandwich....it was pretty good....the Tuna Bomb!!

Ordered a steak bomb and I was literally bitting my own tongue looking for meat I would have been better off going across the street to Wendy’s I’m not from here but won’t go back there not worth it for the money

This is second trip that the subs were not that good. We thought we'd try a different shop but it didn't make a difference. Bummed because they used to have great steak n cheese sub.

I COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT ALL THE TIME AND USUALY THE EXPERIENCE IS GOOD. TODAY HOWEVER, I PLACE A ORDER OVER THE PHONE AND THE WOMAN WAS VERY RUDE. WHEN I GOT TO THE ESTABLISHMENT 20 MINUTES LATER THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED ON MY FOOD. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED. WHERE'S THE OLDER GENTLEMAN THAT ALWAYS THERE?

Great place to have subs and french fries. I've been eating here for over 20 years and enjoyed every time. Lots of menu choices and good service.

I ordered a footlong meatball parmesan, not a footlong meatball bomb. I questioned the price of my order but owner said it was right. Got home and had to throw sub out because I wasn't picking out veggies in the meatball bomb they gave me. It was to far for me to go back and explain wrong order. Very unhappy

Good food, overall. Friendly staff and the I believe it is run by the franchise partner. Super expensive though. Nearly $16 dollars for 1 Turkey sub, 1 bag of chips, and 2 small drinks. They should have a kids menu and maybe some kind of daily specials. Extremely overpriced in my opinion. I know it's the corporate model and not the fault of the franchise partner but I'll not be returning, as I can see no reason to pay that much for a single sandwich combo.

Worst customer service at any John smith subs. I ordered a bacon maples chicken sandwich but apparently it doesn’t come with bacon and it’s my fault when I ask for bacon. Completely rude and non apologetic. Will never recommend this location again.

Sad excuse of a steak sub! The bread was over powering the small amount of steak.$6.99. dined in, they do bring your order to the table. Neat and clean.

Worst Hot Pastrami sandwich ever bought. I spent $10.69 on a grease soaked bun with fatty grissley meat and tomatoes. Was not able to eat. I went back to Firehouse Subs. I could not post this review with no stars...they don't deserve any!!!

This place is amazing. Little family style place. They always have fresh food and the best bread. You can eat inside or they will deliver. They have fountain sodas and BURCH BEER. its pretty awesome eat here and you won't regret it.

I live in Philadelphia and every time i'm in West Palm Beach I love going to this Jon Smith subs. It beats any steak sub I can get up here in Philly. I'm a huge fan of the Cajun and steak bomb. The owners are friendly and always greet me when I come into the shop. Love their fries too!!

Kind of dissapointed today, but you cant win everytime. 5 stars bc they are open when we need them to be open.

This was my first time in a Jon Smith Subs. The steak sandwich was fantastic. Just the right amount of cheese and onions. Regretfully I only got the 6-inch sandwich I felt like I wanted more. I will be back.

Glazed Teriyaki Chicken is always amazing. Fries are the best around and the staff is always welcoming.

The lady who took my order seemed like she really did not want to be there, not very friendly. But the food was delicious.
